His research at ASSR, which is one component of a broader study focuses on increasing uptake of VCT and ART in Ghana: a comparative study of two health facilities. The study will aim to map the channels and mechanisms by which health care providers offer VCT and ART; to describe the problems faced by health workers as a result of scaling up of AIDS care efforts; and to understand how they attempt to cope with the evolving situation.
